Kerry has been in the irrigation industry since 2000, both managing and designing. He has a Bachelor of Agricultural Science Degree, a Diploma in Management, N.Z. Certificate in Quality Assurance and a National Certificate in Irrigation Design. Brought up on a farm in South Canterbury, Kerry has worked as a Scientist for the Water and Soil Division of the Ministry of Works, then in soil conservation in Taupo and Gisborne. He also used to own a garment manufacturing business making Swanndri clothing.
Julian has a Diploma in Horticulture, a National Certificate in Irrigation Design, is qualified with Growsmart VRI, and has worked for Grafton Irrigation since 2008. He was brought up on a dairy farm in Marlborough and has been employed in Horticulture and Transport Companies as well as 7 years on Malaysian golf courses.
Peter is a Fitter/Welder by trade, is qualified with Growsmart VRI and has worked for Grafton Irrigation since 2013. He is a Paramedic who previously worked for St John’s Ambulance and also Gillies Engineering in Oamaru. Peter is part owner of a restaurant and a very keen runner.
Sandie has been employed in the office of Grafton Irrigation since 2010. She has 15 years banking experience, worked many years in administration and, with her husband, owned Indy Karts Go Kart Centre for 10 years. Sandie loves whitebaiting when not spending time with family and grandchildren.
Caro joined the Grafton team in December 2017. After living away from South Canterbury for 10 years, she returned to the region in 2008. She has a background in sales and advertising, and has an agricultural background as she was raised on a farm inland from Timaru.
Jon has a Bachelor of Science in Geology, Growsmart VRI qualification and National Certificate in Irrigation Design. He has worked for Grafton Irrigation since 2013, Bought up in South Canterbury, Jon previously worked as an Agricultural Contractor.

Colin has had water meter training with ABB, Krone and Siemens. He was born in Zimbabwe and immigrated to New Zealand in 2002. Colin spent 13 years in irrigation and joined Grafton in 2010. He spent four years with ECAN in the water metering space. Colin is a keen fisherman and outdoor bowler.
Johnny is a Fitter/Welder by trade and has spent over 15 years of Irrigation Engineering. He was an Engineer at Wallace and Cooper and Maintenance Engineer at Fairlie Wool Scour prior to joining Grafton Irrigation in 2012.
